I'm happy with my purchase. I use the test kit to check the alkalinity of my filtered water, and it remains at about 9 since September 5. It's a bit pricey initially, but it's more convenient than buying bottled alkaline water and will save money in the long run.

Very happy, we drink more water now than ever before.

I ordered the Cerra Water Pitcher Starter Bundle, and have been using it for about 2 months now. The testing drops included in the bundle confirmed that the water produced is indeed high alkaline. I have not purchased any alkaline water from the store since using the pitcher, which will save me money over time. I like the convenience and ease involved. Simply pour water into the top, and within minutes I have filtered water. The lid stays on the pitcher, unlike other brands of pitchers I have had. It pours easily into a glass. I have not had to change filters yet, but that will be a very simple process to remove the old, run water through the new until it produces clear water and insert into its slot in the pitcher. The pitcher was a bit pricey, however I highly recommend it if you are looking for a good quality system.

Pitcher is an excellent quality plastic with good fit and finish. The filters fit very well and seem to work as far as PH levels. When tested with supplied testing liquid my water comes to about 9-9.5 PH. I cannot attest to all the other mineral or chemical removals but the taste is excellent. Montreal water always has a chlorine vibe amongst other tastes and I have been drinking Naya for the last 30 years, which has an excellent taste and I can't really taste much difference between them.

I'm happy with it. Thank you.

I'm using Cerra Water pitcher for Silent Reflux and I notice an improvement already! :)

Heath challenges led me to Cerra. I enjoy the water and I get 9.5. I transfer filtered water into a glass pitcher, so I’m Super disappointed that you switched to glass shortly after receiving my bundle.

I am loving using this water filter jug. It was recommended by a friend and I’m so glad she did. The water tastes fresh and clean.

I love my Cerrewater system. Was delighted on testing the ph to find it was what it said it would Be. Drink all my water alkaline now due to having LPR

We have been using the Cerra system for several months now. The filter gave us very alkaline water, with a great taste. rnWe have softened well water and we were informed before our purchase that the filter may not work as efficiently as it would on city or bottled water. Likely due to the extra filtration needed for well water, the filter didn't remain effective for as long a time as advertised. rnThe main issue we had with the water was its superior alkalinity. My husband and I are both in our 70's and the added minerals (probably the magnesium) had quite the laxative effect on our bowels, even though we very gradually incorporated the filtered water. We have had to greatly reduce our intake in order to maintain proper bowel function.rnTo sum it up, the filter works really well. For personal reasons, we can only use it sparingly.rn

Great product and prompt service. I am using the pitcher for 3 months and so far so good. I am shaking the filter every 3 weeks and testing shows the correct water ph. Works great for acid reflux relief and overall well-being.

The water is delicious and I am very glad I tried this out!

For some reason this water tastes really good and neutralizes acidic food nicely when paired. Love it and it does the trick!

It seems the new filters, get clogged really easily and you have to wait till it drains and shake it a bunch put it back in and it starts to drain again and it seems to keep happening over and over again just to let you guys know. (Cerra Customer Service: Some source water has more particulates and contaminates to filter out which can cause the filter to clog up sooner then expected. Taking the filter out and shaking it up can improve water flow and extend lifespan of the filter.)

Love the pitcher! Works perfectly. I do wish the bundle came with the testing product! But great way to get alkaline water!

LOVE IT - makes coffee and water drinking more enjoyable and definitely love the extras that you get with this product over all others (anti-oxidants, alkalizing ect)

This watcher pitcher works great! I got it because if acid reflux and this has been tremendously helpful! The pH of my pitcher is usually closer to 8 than 9 However, I think my water is really acidic and I can feel the difference. Also, this is some of the best tasting water I have tried. Even my family agrees. Lastly, I notice that I don’t drink as much water when I drink alkaline water because it’s more hydrating! If your considering purchasing I’d say it’s definitely worth the investment!

I had never had alkaline water before. I bought several types of bottled alkaline water at the recommendation of my doctor for silent reflux. I could feel a difference on my throat, though the taste was also pleasing and not much different from tap water. I wanted a longer environmentally friendly option and the Cerra water pitcher really fit the bill. I have been using it daily for two months and the pH remains about 8.5-9. It was a great addition, easy to use. I have used the water when making tea or coffee and it works well. My silent reflux is improving. Great product. When you completely fill the top portion of the pitcher, you do need to wait until all the water moves through the pitcher before pouring (it only take a few minutes). Also, the top of the pitcher had a very tight fit so I often don't completely close it for ease of refilling it.

I enjoy drinking water again

The new pitcher design is user friendly being easier to pour and exchange filters. The new filter design is also more functional and appears to work better than the old one. That said, my pitcher came without the rubber inserts around the bottom which would cushion it on the counter top. This leads to a second small but important issue. Upon filling the chamber with water, I frequently need to 'tap' it on the counter to release air bubbles from the filter so that the filtering process can occur. So I'm having to place a cloth to cushion the filter. That's the only reason for not giving a 'Five plus' star rating! Thanks for asking my opinion!

This is my second Cerra pitcher. I bought them based on the recommendation of a naturopathic doctor.

This is excellent for mending respiratory reflux (LPR). I consistently read high alkaline ph levels at over 9.0. This is medicine for those of us who suffer from what can be a debilitating illness. This, along with diet changes and other recommendations by prominent ENT doctors, is what got me out of my multi-year suffering from horrendous shortness of breath brought about by reflux - before I discovered what my condition was, I was getting ~3 hours of sleep for over 3 years. Only alkaline water at around 9.0 ph level and above can kill pepsin, the component of stomach acid that lodges into the upper airways. I used several brands of store bought alkaline water for a year (which are fine) but if you really want to neutralize your reflex problems and you're an acute sufferer like I was, you need this filter - it is far more potent than store bought varieties due to the materials used in this to imbue alkalinity. It maintains a high potency that lasts about 3 months before the alkalinit

The filter doesn’t drain consistently.

Really like this set up.

easy to use
by Patrick K.
Water tests consistently above a 9 on the pH scale. Great for my acid reflux and my wife uses it in her Keurig. I would give it 5 stars but as the filter gets about 15 to 20 days old you have to regularly empty the reservoir and shake the filter to get the water to drain through. This is the only annoying part.
by Joan M.
After reading about the difference between alkaline and alkalinity I was skeptical but I can tell a difference in my throat soreness from LPR when I use this all day.
by Wendy U C.
The pitcher does seem to alkalize the water according to my testing. However, the pitcher arrived with no real instructions or info on how long the filters last. I guess you just have to test in order to see if the filters are still working. Also, water does not go through the filter if you over fill it. It will just sit in the top holding part of pitcher.

Great product & helps with reflux. Great customer support

Recently diagnosed with LPR! This pitcher has been a lifesaver at getting me the best alkaline water!!! Pleaseee don’t stop making them or filters!!!

I'm trying to find ways to heal reflux and get off the PPI medication. Cerra water system was recommended along with taking Refluxraft. It seems to be working. I've had fewer reflux episodes and have been able to wean off the medication. The water also tastes great! I didn't realize how bad our tap water was until I switched to Cerra water system.
by Shirley O.
I've frequently had hoarse voice for many years due to GERD/LERD - even with taking PPIs. But with drinking Cerra Water, I've been able to cut the PPI dose in half, and am enjoying a noticeably smoother voice both when talking and singing! Chirp-chirp!

I have been very impressed with this pitcher. The water tastes great and the pitcher is good quality. Very happy with my purchase.

I don't like your knew water pitcher--not happy with it. I find it hard to understand why you would not have a proper sealed lid on it. I much preferred pitcher I had with a lid that opened and closed. Wish I had my old pitcher!rn

I was a little skeptical of the claims initially. When I received the starter package with the European style pitcher, I was still wary. Seemed very lightweight and cheaply made and the filters are quite small compared to other pitcher filters I have used. My concerns disappeared when using the filter though. It does what is advertised. My tap water tests at about 8 ph. Once run through the pitcher it seems to be closer to 10! Hard to know the exact number as you are just eyeballing by color comparison, but it is very dark blue/purple. The only suggestion I would have is that it should be bigger. For example, the Britta pitcher I had been using is at least 1/3 larger. The Britta does not make the water alkaline though and that is my first priority. That is a small critique though. I just have to fill the pitcher more times each day. Overall very happy. I will continue to test the water as time usage increases. Hopefully the initial alkalinity will hold up as the filter gets used more.

Pouring water out of pitcher is a bit messy.

Used it but did not like the taste of the water with plastic container.Switched to glass and just dropped filter in. Much better taste.
