Water tests consistently above a 9 on the pH scale. Great for my acid reflux and my wife uses it in her Keurig. I would give it 5 stars but as the filter gets about 15 to 20 days old you have to regularly empty the reservoir and shake the filter to get the water to drain through. This is the only annoying part.
